Before anything, we would like to welcome you to Dune and thank you for choosing to be part of our familia!

Here you will find all sorts of important information to help make your stay as smooth and easy as possible!

RECEPTION

Our reception is open everyday from 08:00AM until 11:00PM. If you need assistance with anything, these are the people you should reach out to! Our check out time is 11:00AM and we can try to accomodate a late check out if needed but this will be an extra charge. In case you need to leave early in the morning, please prepare your check out and settle your room bill the day before. Any additional minibar consumption from that point onwards will be charged to the credit card on file.

SERVICES & EXPERIENCES

If you would like to book any experience or service, feel free to reach out to our front office, who can help with bookings & rentals with our partners.

RESTAURANT

The restaurant begins serving breakfast at 07:30AM and provides all day meals & drinks until 03:30PM. In case you’d like to stay in after that and relax, and would like something to eat, feel free to order food to Dune via any third party app (gojek or grab) and make use of our in-room minibar. Our front-office can also serve you bottled & canned drinks during out of hours. We are currently in planning phase of extending our opening time until 10PM, so please bear with us until then!

Our restaurant also provides service to our pool loungers, so feel free to order anything if you’d like to hangout by the pool.

We can also accomodate in-room dining, where you can enjoy any meal from our restaurant on the terrace table infront of each individual room.

MINIBAR

We offer complimentary water, tea & instant coffee for each individual room. Any other item will be an extra-charge. If you would like to drink the bottle of wine that we have placed in the minibar, please make sure to request wine glasses with either front office or the restaurant. You can do this via whatsapp if your feeling extra lazy!

LAUNDRY

As per standard, we replace bed linens and towels on every 4th day of a stay. In case you need this to be done earlier, due to any stain or inconvenience, feel free to reach out to us. We also provide in-house laundry for our guests.

INTERNET

To connect to the rest of the world, just hop on the network “DUNE” and type in the password “blackdunes123”.

GETTING AROUND

Bali can be an absolute traffic hell, so we really recommend travelling by bike (make sure to always use a helmet!) either via a rental or a driver (gojek or grab).

CONSTRUCTION

As is clearly visible, Bali has been going through a considerable construction boom lately. In case noise affects your stay, please reach out to front office so they can supply some free-of-charge ear plugs.
